The kWALR is a simple device that warns you when the contractually defined nominal power of your electricity supply is exceeded. The acoustic alarm has two warning thresholds: when the power consumed exceeds 110% and when it exceeds 130% of the contractually defined power. According to Italian regulations, the first alarm signals excessive power, which can persist for up to 3 hours. The second warns you of approaching a level of consumption that could quickly lead to a power outage.

The alarm consumes zero energy and requires no special installation, app, additional devices, or internet connection. Simply snap the CT current sensor around the wire of the load you wish to monitor—in most cases, the wire serving the entire electrical system.
